You can return your Gitter Gallery purchase within 30 days of delivery.

• Call our customer service at 504-919-4040 (Monday through Friday 10—5, Central Standard Time) for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and packing instructions to prevent breakage.
• You must use the original packing materials and write the RMA on the return label. 
• Our money-back guarantee covers the full purchase price for your print but does not include any additional shipping costs.
• You will receive a refund for the purchase price of your product. You pay your return shipping costs. (If you had an expedited shipping charge, the guarantee does not cover that charge.)

Shipping Policy

When you place your order on our website you will receive an order confirmation.  The day your order is shipped, you will recieve a shipping confirmation.  The day your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation along with the tracking number so you’ll know your order is on its way. UPS packages can be tracked by visiting www.ups.com.  All items are shipped to your home or business via UPS in specially designed mail order boxes that ensure the safe arrival of your purchase. We ship out of our distribution center in Jacksonville, Florida. Please allow two weeks for delivery.  We greatly appreciate your business.
