How do you ship items to me?

All items are shipped to your home or business via UPS in specially designed mail order boxes that ensure the safe arrival of your purchase. We ship out of our distribution center in Jacksonville, Florida. Please allow two weeks for delivery.

Can I get faster shipping?

If you want an order delivered faster, you can select 1 or 2 business day shipping at an additional cost. Just click on "faster shipping options" on the Review Your Order page before you finalize your order.

Do I receive an Order Confirmation?

Once an order is placed in our system, an email confirmation is sent to the email address on file confirming your purchase.

How do I track my order?

The day your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation along with the tracking number to you so you’ll know your order is on its way. UPS packages can be tracked by visiting www.ups.com.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Do I have to pay sales tax for my order?

Sales tax is added to orders shipped to Florida regardless of where the order originates.

Please tell me how the ceramic serving pieces are produced.

Each piece is hand molded and hand crafted. No two pieces are exactly alike. We added relief to each piece, so that you can feel the movement of Clementine Hunter’s and Brett Smith's distinctive works of art.

How do I care for my ceramic serving pieces?

Each piece is food safe, microwave and dishwasher safe. However, we recommend you hand wash your ceramics with a mild soap. These pieces are not safe to place in an oven.

Are the styles of the ceramics different?

We designed each serving piece to have its own distinct shape.

Are you able to add a gift message with my order?

We are able to include a gift message with your order.  Please write it in the comments section when placing your order.

Returning Damage, Defective, Or Mis-Shipped Items

If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or not the correct product, Gitter Gallery will provide a prepaid return label. Please contact Gitter Gallery Customer Service at (504) 919-4040 Monday - Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST to obtain a return authorization shipping label.

Are the ceramics gift-wrapped?

We do not offer gift wrapping of our merchandise at this time.  

How are the giclee canvas art pieces finished?

Each piece is gallery wrapped around impressive 1 1/2" stretcher bars for a beautifully finished, museum quality contemporary look without the need for a frame.
