You can return your giclee canvas art purchase within 30 days of delivery.

  • Call our customer service at 904-880-8654 (Monday through Friday 9—5, Eastern Standard Time) for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and packing instructions to prevent breakage.
  • You must use the original packing materials and write the RMA on the return label. (Please note: If you use tape to secure the art, please be sure it does not touch the painting.)
  • Our money-back guarantee covers the full purchase price for your print but does not include any additional shipping costs.
  • You will receive a refund for the purchase price of your product. You pay your return shipping costs. (If you had an expedited shipping charge, the guarantee does not cover that charge.)

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

Sales tax is added to orders shipped to Florida regardless of where the purchase originates.
